ESIT-Early Intervention Team
Welcome to ESIT, where our mission is to support families and practitioners in Staffordshire who live or work with children with special educational needs.
I founded this company following 14 years in education as a teacher, qualified SENDCo and in recent years a school leader. I’ve seen the importance and significant impact early intervention can have on children experiencing daily struggles and barriers in their life. I have also spent a lot of my career delivering training, supporting families and raising awareness around conditions such as ADHD.
ESIT is here as that early layer of support. We will bring help and guidance to the home, to schools but most importantly to the children.
Our vision is to empower families and practitioners through tailored educational resources and personalised support.
We believe that every child deserves to have their individual needs met, which is why we focus on proactive and informed approaches that use a collaborative partnership with outside agencies, schools and parents.
Whether through workshops, consultancy or advocacy, we are committed to equipping you with the tools and knowledge necessary to navigate the complexities our children with SEND are facing. Together we can make a difference and ensure every child can thrive.
